Terms and Conditions

• We recommend that all orders be placed four-six weeks prior to the event,
  special orders should be placed at least eight weeks in advance. 

• We can accommodate special requests and will order material for your event.

• Due to the nature of our rental items, we do not allow customer pick-up of
  our plants.  Our rental items are on a delivery basis only.

• A delivery and pick-up fee of $25.00 will be charged on all orders less than $275.00.

• All orders more than $275.00 will receive free delivery and pick-up

• Delivery prices are based on ground floor deliveries.  An extra charge will be added
  for stairs, other unusual circumstances, or deliveries not with-in our delivery area.

• All orders must be paid in full fourteen days (14) prior to the event by check or cash.

•  A minimum deposit of 25% will be due at time of reservation to reserve your rental
  items which will be applied to your bill.  Reservations may be secured with check or cash. 

• All or part of orders cancelled must be submitted in writing seven (7) days prior to
  delivery and is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  A cancellation fee of  25% of your
   invoice will be processed. 

• The customer assumes all liability and may be charged the full retail price
  of the item less the rental costs if any material is missing or damaged.

• All plants, containers, and rental items are on a rental basis and are the responsibility of the customer during rental period.

• Plants and rental items must be available at pre-arranged delivery
  and removal times.

A contract must be filled out, signed and returned to us at least fourteen (14) days
prior to the event.  Do not consider rentals for your event confirmed unless you have
returned your contract, terms and conditions form, via fax or mail and paid full
amount of invoice.
