Grooming and Fertilizing Sessions

Nectar and Company recommends using our maintenance team to ensure the sustainability of your new asset.  Our staff understands the growth habits of each plant.  Container gardens require bi-weekly deadheading, trimming, and fertilizing applications.  We save you both time and money.  A grooming and fertilizing session includes:

• Removing all trash from containers
• Deadheading and trimming to allow for new growth
• Fertilizing applications appropriate for the season
• Plant replacement if needed

Our staff also offers sessions teaching your property maintenance staff the proper grooming and fertilizing techniques if needed.

Watering Sessions

Nectar and Company offers a watering service with the use of our water trucks.  Our staff understands the art of watering and the factors involved.  Container size, temperature, and sun along with many other components determine the amount of water needed.  Leave the watering to the experts and remove another layer of responsibility from your daily obligations.  Our staff provides the facility manager with maintenance worksheets when watering takes place.

Our staff also offers sessions teaching your property maintenance staff the proper watering techniques if needed.
