Carmen Johnston has passion for using container gardening to inspire the imagination. In many ways, sharing her love of gardening with her generation and others to come is what Nectar and Company is all about. Nectar and Company grew from a seed planted by Carmen’s father. He learned the art of alpine gardening from his father, a master gardener from Austria, and passed the love for nature and craft of color scape onto Carmen. As a young girl, Carmen and her father worked side by side creating a landscape and garden that was rich, vivid, and lush year after year. Today, she designs for both commercial and residential properties, fashions affairs to remember, and shares her enthusiasm for gardening through Nectar Garden Parties
